Sports Academy

Established in 2017, the Diamond Valley Sports Academy provides prospective students with access to a high-performance athlete training system, integrated alongside a challenging and comprehensive academic curriculum.

The program currently offers specialised training in:

  • AFL/AFLW
  • Netball
  • Basketball
  • Tennis

Embedded into each athlete’s timetable, the program includes four skill-based sessions and two strength and conditioning sessions per week (Years 7 and 8 students), and three skill-based sessions and one strength and conditioning session a week (Years 9 and 10 students). Athletes benefit from the expertise of highly accredited coaches, industry-leading guest speakers, and access to elite training facilities across Melbourne. Our dedicated coaches are passionate about fostering both athletic and personal growth, adopting a holistic approach that supports the overall development of each student-athlete through mentorship.

We are committed to educating our athletes on all facets of high-performance training and the broader sports industry.

Students will have the opportunity to visit premier high-performance venues, gaining firsthand insight into the demands and expectations of elite athletes.

We are proud to offer a program that not only engages but also enriches the sporting experiences of our students, both within the college and in the wider community.
