Our program caters to students of all ability levels, from beginners to advanced musicians. Tuition is available across a wide range of instruments, including:

Lessons are delivered through both individual tuition and group sessions, ensuring students receive personalised guidance from experienced tutors while also benefiting from the social and musical growth that comes from ensemble playing.
Ensembles & Performances
Students are encouraged to participate in bands, ensembles, and vocal groups, where they develop essential skills in performance, teamwork, and discipline. These groups regularly perform at school and community events, giving students valuable opportunities to showcase their learning.
Highlights of the year include the annual Winter Concert and Spring Concert, where students present a diverse program of instrumental and vocal performances. In alternate years, students also have the opportunity to be involved in the College’s Drama or Musical Production, contributing as performers, vocalists, or musicians.

Enrolment
Instrumental Music at Diamond Valley College is an opt-in program that involves an additional cost to families. Students who enrol are withdrawn from their regular classes for scheduled lessons, with timetables carefully managed to minimise disruption to core learning.
