Recently, the Year 7 students attended the Phillip Island Adventure Resort for 3days of fun, laughter and relationship building.  This camp saw students enjoy traditional camp activities such as archery, the giant swing, high ropes and the flying fox. They also expanded their teamwork skills in team rescue and tried out surfing. Year 11 Leaders and Mentors attended to guide students and act as an extra support for our Year 7 cohort.

In their downtime, students were able to play different sports, sit and talk to friends and as a group for evening activities participated in a walk to the beach for star gazing and a movie night all tucked up with their blankets and pillows.

It was wonderful to see students pushing themselves outside their comfort zone, get to know themselves, their peers and their teachers better and build new skills.  All Year 7 students and Year 11 leaders had a fantastic time and made many memories.
