2020 school captains, Sabine Hicks and Ainsley Cronin-Sporys had the opportunity to meet with Kate Thwaites (Federal Member for Jagajaga), Mark Butler MP, (Shadow Minister for Climate Change and Energy) and other school leaders at the Jagajaga Schools Climate Summit at Viewbank College. Sabine and Ainlsey had the opportunity to discuss with the members of parliament their views on tackling climate change as well as the sustainability efforts being put into place in our school and the community. School leaders shared ideas of how sustainable practices had been implemented in schools.
